This Privacy Policy explains how Maxapp GmbH ("Maxapp", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal data when you visit maxappzrh.com (the "Site") or get in touch with us. We are based in Switzerland and handle your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

We collect very little. When you browse the Site, our hosting and analytics providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. Analytics only run once you accept them in the cookie banner.
When you contact us by email, through the contact form or by booking a call, we receive the details you share: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the content of your message.

We keep enquiry emails and project correspondence for as long as the relationship and legal retention duties require, then delete them. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.

You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
